What is Sophrology?

Sophrology is a mind-body technique that promotes physical and mental wellbeing. Practicing sophrology on a regular basis will help you reach your potential through better knowledge of yourself, your needs and inner resources.

 

In practice sophrology combines breathing exercices, relaxation, positive visualization, soft movements and time for discussion.

 

The goal of these exercises is to help train your mind and body to manage your physical, emotional, and mental well-being, feel more relaxed and reconnect with yourself.

About me:

I'm Eve, a French sophrologist.

I work in the fields of wellness, prevention and personal development and offer one-on-one sessions either in office or in the comfort of your home. Additionaly, I provide convenient online sessions accessible from anywhere in the world.

I work with children, teenagers and adults. I also conduct group workshops designed specifically for companies, schools, wellness centers, etc.
